to think in the type of teacher I want to be, hundreds of concept come to my mind such as gennineries, acceptance, understanding etc.. They are important in a teacher or in a English Teacher as well as. Also I can say that especial teacher is someone who loves her / his job, someone who has her/ his own personality, style and expectations about what happen in the classroom.
I think all the things that I said before are characteristc about a good teacher or the ideal teacher that every teacher want to be.
The type of teacher that I want to be, is a open questions that I have not the answer yet, a cross of my life I relly realize what teacher would be, for now I am sure that I am model for my students and a students for my teacher.

A Little about This...
First of all, this virtual journal belongs to a subject of English Language metodology III, where the main idea of this, is to have my antecedents of what I am doing in the school, also I am going to show you important things such as, my reflection about a events or important activities, also the profile of the school, teachers and students, lesson plan, and the most important my microteaching in areas of listening.

Located: Camino Concepcion Penco Km. 6
First of all this school it is a public school and it is incorporated in a kind of countryside near the city, where almost all the families dedicate their time to work in field.
Also this school have 120 students where at least they are 18 students per classroom. The number of the teacher are 10 in their respective areas of each subject.
The school have 5 classroom, kitchen, bathroom (female and male) etc.
This school is not quite big, there is not enough space for children.
In terms of resources such as library, furnitures, electricals, the school not contains enough to help the students with their education.

Students Profile (5th)
these 21 student are between 11 to 15 years old, where all come from to Cosmito.
5th grade is a especial grade because this semester they have had a change in the way that new students are being incoporated in the school, the reason is that a new houses are being given to a poor families, where obivously these children needo to be taugh as well.
In The 5th grade There 21 students instat of 14 student as last years. There are 8 new students, where I can notice the different level of the English that they have.
